Terms & Conditions 1. By entering the promotion, each entrant will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them. 2. The promoter is Stoney Creek est 1994 Ltd, 51B Glenlyon Ave, Greerton, Tauranga, New Zealand. 3. Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of Stoney Creek, its associated companies, agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. “Immediate families” means spouse, partner, parent, sibling or child. 4. The promotion starts on Friday 24th July 2026 and ends on Sunday 26th July 2026 ("Promotion Period"). 5. To enter the promotion, individuals must enter at the Stoney Creek site at The Game Fair during the Promotion Period. 6. Stoney Creek accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected or illegible entries. Entries will be deemed invalid if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way. Only one entry per person is permitted and duplicate entries will be disregarded. 7. The prize is a £500 Stoney Creek voucher ("Prize") redeemable online via the Stoney Creek UK website. 8. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The Prize is subject to Stoney Creek's standard voucher terms and conditions. The Prize cannot be redeemed through retail stockists unless otherwise stated. 9. The winner will be selected by Stoney Creek after the Promotion Period ends. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 10. The winner will be contacted using the details provided at the time of entry and may be announced on Stoney Creek's website and social media channels once eligibility has been verified. If the winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days of the initial notification, Stoney Creek reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select an alternative winner. 11. By entering this promotion, entrants agree that any content submitted as part of their entry may be used by Stoney Creek for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, catalogues, advertising, packaging and digital platforms. By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees that their name, town/city and any associated photos or videos may be used by Stoney Creek for promotional and publicity purposes across social media, websites, catalogues, advertising, packaging and digital platforms without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. 13. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to this, Stoney Creek shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the Prize. 14. In the event of any dispute, Stoney Creek's decision shall be final and binding. 15. All entries become the property of Stoney Creek. By entering the promotion, entrants acknowledge that Stoney Creek may contact them regarding the administration of the promotion, including notification of the winner. Marketing communications will only be sent where the entrant has consented to receive them. 16. Personal information submitted in connection with the promotion will be processed in accordance with Stoney Creek's Privacy Policy. Personal information may be shared with trusted third parties, including retail partners and service providers, where necessary for marketing, business analysis or administration of the promotion. 17. Entrants have rights in relation to their personal data under applicable UK data protection legislation, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information.
