At Stoney Creek, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products and a great online shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you’re welcome to exchange it for another size or request a full refund (excluding freight) provided the following conditions are met:

Eligibility

Your item can be returned if:

  • It is returned within 14 days of receiving your order
  • You provide proof of purchase
  • It was purchased with the intention of being kept
  • It is unused, in original condition, with all tags attached

In-Store Purchases

If you purchased your item from a retail partner, please return it directly to the store you bought it from. They will assist you with their own returns process.

How to return your online order

  1. Complete the returns form below.
  2. Clearly write your Stoney Creek Website Order Number and your name on the outside of the package.
  3. Send your return to:

Sales & Clearance Items

All sale and clearance items are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

For all returns, (except where the item is faulty) you are required to pay/arrange for return of the product.

Please note:

  • International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for orders shipped outside of the UK.
  • If a refund is required, shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
